Local electricians · Clear advice · Ongoing support

What we cover
Test and tagging
Scheduled testing and tagging of portable appliances, with records kept so your compliance obligations are documented rather than assumed.
Scheduled maintenance
Planned electrical maintenance on an agreed cycle, which is what stops small faults becoming unplanned downtime.
Air conditioning and heating
Commercial systems supplied, installed and maintained, including the electrical supply they need.
Data and electrical cabling
Structured cabling for data and communications alongside power, run and terminated properly.
Factory and industrial electrical
Machinery circuits, three phase supply, control wiring and plant connections.
Refurbishments
Electrical work through a refit, coordinated with the other trades and the trading calendar.
Working around your operation
Most of our commercial work happens outside business hours. A tenancy that trades until nine needs an electrician who starts at nine, and a factory running a shift pattern needs the work staged into the gaps. We plan the program around that from the quote stage rather than discovering it on site.
Where an outage is unavoidable, we tell you how long, we do it at the least damaging time, and we make sure the site is live again before you open.
Compliance and records
For a business, the paperwork matters as much as the work. We provide certificates of testing and compliance, keep test and tag records, and document what was done so you have something to hand an insurer, an auditor or an incoming tenant.
The specialist work
Some jobs sit in their own category and have their own page. Shop fitouts for retail and hospitality, industrial sheds for warehouses and workshops, shopping centres for multi-tenancy work, and commercial switchboard upgrades where the board is the limiting factor.
If the site is running out of capacity altogether, see electrical infrastructure upgrades.
One contractor across the site. Because we are licensed electrical contractors and solar installers, the same team can handle your general electrical, your air conditioning and your commercial solar. One point of contact and one set of records.
Good to know
Your questions, answered.
Do you offer maintenance agreements?
Yes. Scheduled maintenance on an agreed cycle, including test and tagging, with records kept and reported.
Can you work nights and weekends?
Yes, and for occupied sites that is usually how it works.
Do you work with builders and fitters?
Regularly. We are used to working to a program alongside other trades and to a fixed opening date.
How quickly can you attend a fault?
It depends on the day, but we will give you a realistic time rather than an optimistic one. See fault finding and maintenance.
Let’s talk about your project.
