Build the case around your site

A commercial project needs more than a monthly repayment figure. We consider your operations, electricity usage and installation requirements to prepare a quote you can review internally.

For solar and storage, the financial case depends on your tariff, load profile, capital cost and operating assumptions. Savings and repayments should be compared separately.

Discuss the right structure

Your finance provider can explain products available for your business. Ask your accountant about the accounting and tax treatment of any proposed arrangement.

  • Total project cost, including enabling electrical work
  • Deposit, term, interest and fees
  • Ownership and end-of-term conditions
  • Cash-flow sensitivity if savings are lower than expected
  • Eligibility for current incentives

Coordinate funding and installation

Confirm finance approval and any incentive requirements before authorising the installation. We then agree the access, scheduling and shutdown windows needed for the work.

A staged project may be appropriate where the site needs infrastructure upgrades before solar, storage or EV charging can be added.

Good to know

Your questions, answered.

Can an electrical upgrade be included?

Provide the full scope to your finance provider. Eligibility depends on their product and the equipment or work being financed.

Will the savings cover the repayments?

That depends on the site and the finance terms. We explain the energy assumptions; the lender confirms the repayments.

Can the project be staged?

Often, but each stage needs to be practical and safe. We can discuss infrastructure first and later additions as part of the site assessment.

Let’s talk about your project.
